I find it really breaks up the week when you just get yourself up and go. I started going to the gym again this summer after a three-year hiatus – my initial spurt was for a holiday, and I was going six days a week to try and get in shape for that, but since I’ve come back, I try and go three or four times. I go out at least three nights a week, and haven’t missed a Thursday on the beer in God knows how long! I also enjoy the odd flutter, and I try and go to Mass every Saturday evening – I find it gives me great peace of mind.
